Comment on Episode #128.
Panel #1 - This panel exhibits my second attempt at digitally adding characters to an image. The first time I did this was back in episode #17. This time, I added 15 digital vorax to the image. I have three of these bugs customized, and for the first shot I placed them near the door, as you can see in one of the voting incentive images. Then, I moved them forward a few inches and took another shot, then another few inches, and so on. I took 6 photos for this panel in this manner. Then, I cropped the bugs into their own file, trimmed away the background, and then pasted it back into the first photo. I overlapped each of the 15 additional bugs onto the previous bugs. It came out pretty good. I learned some things doing it, so it wasn't all that bad an exercize. Except that it took forever!
Panel #2 - A common lament of terrible and imminent danger in dwarven culture is "quake and doom". It refers, of course, to earthquakes, which are particularly devastating to dwarven subterranean cities and often spell doom for many of the inhabitants.
Panel #3 - The haiku goblin blurts out another haiku here. In his terrified state he forgot the season word.
Panel #6 - Back in episode #126 Raik would not use his last arrow to shoot one vorax.
