Annotations
Panel #1 - The blood on Raik is melted red Crayola crayon. I scraped off a lot of it from when he was spurting blood. I think the bloodstain looks pretty good now. I wrapped narrow strips of tissue paper around his torso and leg for bandages, attaching it with a dot of hot glue.
Panel #4 - Maldonado's tithing comment is in a dashed speech balloon. This is meant to indicate whispering commentary. What do you folks think of it?
Panels #4 and #5 - Remember, Dundorious and Kamik have met Raik before, although that meeting was not depicted in a PotB episode. Raik told them how to get into the Dungeons of Netherdoom. See episodes #8, #20, #26, and #102 for information on their previous encounter.
Panel #6 - Of course, since Dundorious is a priest of Samar, that makes him a good Samaritan. I can't believe it took me 106 episodes to reveal that (not that it's much of a suprise to you, I bet).

Prof JMC answered the question correctly. He gets 10 Bold Points! The figure in question is a Palisades Palz from their X-Files line, series one . The character is Donnie Pfaster.
