Annotations

Comment on Episode #131.

I did some more digital duplication of vorax in this episode. This time it was much easier, as I've learned a few tricks while doing the last two episodes that include digivorax.

Panel #1 - Here you see all three of my vorax figures (designed by Eric Andersen).

Panel #2 - The three vorax in the background were included in the original photo for this panel. The two in the foreground were added later in post-production from another photo.

Panel #3 - I tried some Gaussian blur (a filter option in Photoshop) on the blood here. Looks a bit better.

Panel #4 - So far, Raik seems to get the best poses. This is similar his heroic pose in episode #68.

Panel #6 - Dundorious obviously has vast reserves of concentration that enable him to invoke a divine miracle while beset by a swarm of tentacled bugs.

Panel #7 - Again, three vorax in the back included with the original photo, the three in the front added in post-production.

Panel #8 - The leaping vorax was suspended on a Warhammer range ruler (digitally removed in post production). This is the first time anyone's had eyelids in PotB. I couldn't think of any other way to depict sleepiness. Dundorious' calming miracle seems to have gone a bit overboard. Or, is Momo merely tired after his rage?

Panel #9 - Nice save by Kamik! All of the chopped up vorax parts were added in post-production.

Contest is on hiatus for March

I have another contest for donating customized action figures and I want to concentrate on that one. Contest of the Bold will return in April.
