Comment on Nerdi-chlorians Episode I

Annotations

Panel #1 - I'm using the Columbia Tower in Seattle as a stand-in for the Sithosoft corporate HQ building. It seems rather menacing, don't you think?

Panel #2 - One strangeness of corporate culture is the excessive effort put into internal marketing posters. The posters in this episode have all appeared in the halls of my actual office building.

Star Wars fans will no doubt wonder what R2 and 3PO are doing in the same place as an Imperial officer. Remember, Nerdi-chlorians is set in an alternate Star Wars universe where all characters from the Star Wars movies are working in the same corporation.

Panel #3 - The orange marketing poster on the right is quite unpopular amongst my coworkers.

Panel #4 - As many of you Star Wars fans will no doubt recognize, this panel is straight out of a scene from Return of the Jedi, when the power droid Gonk is tortured in the bowels of Jabba's palace. I always thought that this is very similar to the interview process that many technical candidates must endure when applying for a job.
